NBC Keyring

What NBC Keyring stores about you, and why

NBC Keyring is operated by The Neighborhood Beverage Company. It exists to sign you in to The Neighborhood Beverage Company's internal applications and to let administrators see who has access to what. This page says what it keeps about you, for how long, and whom to ask.

What is kept

What is not kept. Your password for any other service, the contents of your email, files, messages or calendar, or anything from the applications themselves beyond the fact that you were signed in to them.

Where it comes from. From you, when you enrol; from your company directory (Microsoft Entra or Google Workspace) when it is connected, which also tells NBC Keyring when your account is disabled so that your access ends; and from the applications, which tell it when you sign out.

Who can see it. You, for your own record, on the My account page. The Neighborhood Beverage Company's administrators of this service, for everyone. Application owners, for the people with access to their application. Nobody outside The Neighborhood Beverage Company except the providers that host the service, who process it on The Neighborhood Beverage Company's behalf.

How long. While you have access, and for 7 years in the audit log after that. Session addresses and browsers: 90 days.

Your requests. To see a copy of what is kept about you, to correct it, or to ask for its deletion where the audit obligation allows, write to keyring@onceuponacoconut.com. You will get an answer from a person.
